Paul is the second-generation owner of Schlegel Greenhouse, with more than thirty years of experience growing a wide range of annuals. He took the reins of the family business and has built it into one of the most respected wholesale greenhouses in the Midwest.
Under Paul's leadership, Schlegel supplies independent garden centers throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio with the premium plants that carry the Hoosier Boy name. His standard is simple: grow it the way you'd want to buy it.
Paul revived the historic Hoosier Boy brand to celebrate locally-grown quality and to make sure the legacy his father built continues for the next generation.
